Series of Policy Briefs on Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam

Through funding from the Henry Luce Foundation the Fund for Reconciliation is now producing a series of briefs on U.S. policy in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. The purpose of this series is to stimulate policy discussion.  The views articulated in the briefs are those of the authors.  The briefs may be quoted or reproduced for educational not-for-profit circulation, but we request that the author and FRD be credited.  Additional information on this issue and others pertaining to US policy in the three countries can be found on the Fund’s website, www.ffrd.org.   The series is coordinated by Catharin Dalpino, FRD's Washington Representative for Indochina Programs. Catharin can be reached by  emai at frd-dc@earthlink.net.

Future briefs will posted on our website as shortly after they are completed. If you would like to be added to the email distribution list of the briefs please send an email to info@ffrd.org.
