Fund for Reconciliation and Development Forum on Cambodian, Laos and Vietnam
The Forum on Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam is an informal network of not-for-profit and business organizations which are working in and with the countries of Indochina. The Forum held eight conferences in the US from 1989 to 1997. 450 people were brought together from 21 countries in Phnom Penh for its ninth conference in January 1999, and 600 people in Vientiane for its tenth conference in June 2001.
